2 cups

old-fashioned oats

Dash salt

1 tsp

melted coconut oil

DIRECTIONS Combine pumpkin, syrup, oil and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Stir in oats, nuts and salt. Spread out in baking pan.

Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes, breaking up halfway through.

Let cool completely. Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
