Here’s why: • Less home inventory on the market during the summer months means that your home has less competition since there are less homes for buyers to choose from.
FINAL PHASE CONSTRUCTION BEGINS Ground has broken on the final phase of Sage, delivering 72 twoand three-bedroom homes, which are expected to be priced from the high $400,000s. The residences will range in size from 1,490 to 1,775 square feet, with optional den floor plans.
• Since 50% of annual sales close (nationally) during the summer months, we see an influx of buyers in the Valley who have sold their home out-of-state and are relocating to Phoenix.
The final phase of Sage, consisting of a pair of three-story buildings, is located directly south of the first phase of Sage, at Chaparral Road east of Scottsdale Road. It is slated to begin welcoming owners in early 2015.
• Many summer buyers want their children to be able to start school in their new school district and would prefer to close quickly on the home that they purchase to be moved in before school starts. There really is an advantage to selling during the summer!
