THAI TROPICAL CHICKEN KA-PRAO INGREDIENTS: 14 oz sliced chicken 2 tbs chopped yellow onions 2 tbs chopped green bell peppers 2 tbs chopped red bell peppers 4 tbs green onions 10 basil leaves 6 garlic cloves 2 Thai chili peppers 2 tbs fish sauce 1 tbs sugar 1 tbs light soy sauce 1 tbs oyster sauce 2 tbs vegetable oil 1 c chicken broth INSTRUCTIONS: Chop garlic and fresh Thai chilies. Place pan on high heat and add oil. Once oil is hot add the garlic and Thai chilies, stir for about ten seconds. Then add sliced chicken and stir until chicken is about half way done (approximately 1 minute). Add your bell peppers and onions, then your sauces, sugar, and broth. Stir until chicken is done cooking (approximately 3 minutes).

Turn stove off then add green onions and basil leaves.

Fold them into the dish. Plate and serve with rice!
