For their first U.S. tour, this exciting quartet performs rarely heard gems from great Italian composers.

WISCONSIN TRIPLE CHEESE FONDUE Ingredients: 1 and 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded Butterkase cheese 1 and 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded Fontina cheese 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour 3/4 cup white wine 1/4 cup dry sherry 2 tsp. chopped shallots 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper 1/4 cup crumbled Blue cheese 2 tbsp. chopped scallions

Instructions: Toss the Butterkase and Fontina cheeses with the flour in a bowl. Place a metal bowl over a saucepan filled with two inches of water. You may also use a conventional double boiler. Bring the water to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium and pour the wine and sherry into the bowl. Stir in the shallots using a fork. Cook for 30 seconds stirring constantly.

Add half of the cheese blend, and stir constantly until the cheese is melted. Add the remaining cheese blend, a small amount at a time, stirring constantly. Fold in the pepper and Blue cheese.

Pour into a warm fondue pot and keep warm over low heat. Garnish with the scallions.

The Italian term al fresco directly translates to “in the fresh.” There is something absolutely magical about a wonderful meal enjoyed en plein air, where diners take their sweet time enjoying the meal, the company and the ambiance of a beautiful natural setting.

The best al fresco dining combines long, lazy meals with simple and fresh food.

Relax the rules, take your time; this is the perfect occasion to escape without leaving home.

One of the most difficult challenges of having your home for sale is the need to have it in constant “show ready” mode. There is no doubt that your home will sell faster and for top dollar if it is presented in its best light – so most homeowners go the extra mile on a daily basis to insure that the home is clean, clutter-free and looking its best.

Additionally, if you are a pet owner, do not overlook the importance of managing your pets while your home is for sale. It could make or break the success of the entire process!

Others have a strong distaste for cats. So in protecting the home viewing experience for potential buyers, you should also protect the safety of your animals.
