Scotsman Guide Recognizes W.J. Bradley Among the Country’s Top Mortgage Lenders For the second consecutive year, Scotsman Guide released its list of ‘Top Lenders’ and recognized W.J. Bradley among the nation’s top producing mortgage lenders, ranked by total annual volume. Of the 75 listed lenders, W.J. Bradley ranked number 18 for 2013 overall volume. Additionally, W.J. Bradley came in at number 10 on the published list of lenders with top retail volume for 2013. Happy New Year! One year ago in the Orange Tree Insider I predicted flat to 6% increase in home appreciation in our area. Final numbers are in and we ended up 3.72% for the year. The majority of sales occurred from January through August. The last quarter of 2014 saw extremely low activity, and prices actually coming down while inventory increased. That trend continued through the end of the year, however I do look for a turnaround in activity as sales should increase substantially for the first three months of 2015. We had 94 sales in our area for 2014 compared to 81 sales in 2013.
