Mirabel Property update I learned early on in my career that it is much easier to sell something if you are passionate about the product or service. I think most people who know me would agree that I am passionate about all things Mirabel. Heck, my license plate says Mirabel as does the name of my company. One silver lining to this whole Covid-19 virus situation is, my belief in and passion for Mirabel has never been stronger. Every day I see members and residents performing random acts of kindness for each other as we all hunker down to defeat this invisible enemy. I have spoken on numerous occasions with my more senior friends in Mirabel and they have been blown away by the outpouring of support they have received. One resident with some health problems told me that he received a homemade gourmet dinner from another resident he had never met. It brought a tear to my eye.

And watching Marcie and her team adapt almost daily to a constantly changing set of challenges and circumstances, all the while striving to provide the best Mirabel experience possible under the circumstances has been truly inspiring. And they do it all with big smiles on their faces. It goes without saying that this interruption in our lives will have lasting impacts on our society as a whole. But I choose to believe that many good things will come out of this, as the American spirit rises up to defeat this epidemic. Real Estate will go on and properties will still be bought and sold. It just might take a bit of a break as we await the lockdown to start to ease. Even with everything going on, there are two homes currently in escrow in the Mirabel Club and another home closed escrow recently. The phone continues to ring and internet leads are coming in at a steady pace as people plan for their lives after Covid-19. California has emerged as our biggest feeder market as people on the coast look for less crowds, lower taxes and a more affordable cost of living. With population growth projected to continue at nearly the fastest pace in the country, I remain extremely bullish on residential real estate over the coming years in the Valley of the Sun.
