Real estate activity has been fairly steady the last couple of months but buyers are finding the selection is fairly slim with only nine completed houses currently listed for sale.

The builders have taken notice and new construction is booming with 11 houses now under construction and about 15 others ready to break ground or going through the design review and permitting process. Six of the new homes under construction are spec homes with one of them already going under contract prior to completion or even being listed which is a great sign.
