But perhaps it’s worth that in the long run!

DIRECTIONS Line baking sheet with parchment paper; place next to stovetop.

Combine salt and cinnamon in small bowl. (It’s important to get everything together first. You will need to work quickly once popcorn kernels start popping.)

Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add popcorn kernels and sugar; stir to coat. Cover; cook, shaking pan constantly, for about 2 to 3 minutes or until popping starts to slow.

Immediately remove pan from heat; pour popcorn onto prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon mixture; toss to coat. Allow mixture to cool for 1 to 2 minutes.
