DIRECTIONS Lay out slices of prosciutto. Top with pear wedges; drizzle each with about ¼ to ½ teaspoon honey.

Top pear wedges with arugula leaves and a few crumbles of cheese. Wrap tightly in prosciutto.

Season with pepper.

Cook’s Tip: Squeeze lemon juice over pears to prevent browning if making in advance.
