The Greater Phoenix real estate market had a banner year in 2019, and year 2020 looks to improve upon that record year. Some quick stats: Inventory (homes listed for SALE) are down 25% this year vs last year. Sale prices are up 10%. Interest rates have remained near all time lows and rates should remain low for at least 2020. The Local job market is very strong too.
