Gratitude After the Storm We are grateful for so many things after the large-scale devastation that the City of Houston and surrounding areas saw during Hurricane Harvey. Our city came together in this time of need and showed the nation what hospitality is.

Houston was under siege with flood waters from torrential si rains and then later from the release of the reservoirs. We saw friends and loved ones be brought to safety in boats. Some of our Team members had homes under water, and we feel the devastation and loss that so many of you are also suffering.

DIRECTIONS De-vein shrimp and pat dry, then coat with tempura batter and fry until golden brown. Place in mixing bowl. Season with salt and Togarashi.

Stack shrimp in a row, side by side, then on top like a long pyramid.

Apply sauce in a zig-zag pattern over the top. Sprinkle with micro chives, micro cilantro and black sesame seeds. Finish with caviar.
