We've seen this law proven again and again from the time we were kids all the way through to our adult working lives. If you really want results, it's time to stop giving reasons. Arugula Toasted walnuts Chopped garlic Grated parmesan

1/4 c 1/2 tsp 1 tsp

Olive oil Chili flakes Apple cider vinegar Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS Chop down the arugula so it fits in a food processor. Add all ingredients except oil. Run the machine, and begin adding the oil. You may need more or less oil, so just adjust as needed. Season to taste. We recommend Tagliatelle or Pappardelle pasta noodles for this dish. Bring salt water to a boil and then add your noodles. Boil for 5-7 minutes for al dente. Remove pasta from water and into strainer. Combine pasta and pesto sauce and serve immediately and enjoy!
