Known by many from the 1953 Disney movie, Peter Pan tells the story of the mischievous boy who can fly, who never ages, and who spends his never-ending childhood adventuring on the enchanting isles of Neverland as the undisputed leader of the Lost Boys. This summer, audiences are invited to sprinkle a little pixie dust and join Peter, Wendy, Michael, John and Tinker Bell on a magical adventure as they battle alligators and the notorious Captain Hook in Arizona Broadway Theatre’s high-flying and fanciful spectacle!

WHITE WINE GARLIC SAUCE INGREDIENTS 1 lemon wedge 1 oz lobster butter (or salted butter) Kosher salt to taste White pepper to taste 4 oz fresh spinach, raw 6 tsp herb mix (thyme, cilantro, oregano) 3 oz goat cheese, crumbled

SHRIMP MARINADE INGREDIENTS 3 extra large shrimp 4 oz roasted garlic 1 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/2 tbsp herb mixture

SHRIMP MARINADE: Squeeze garlic with a garlic press and pass through to puree and remove any leftover casings. In a large stainless steel bowl, combine roasted garlic, olive oil and herb mixture with a wire whip. Place shrimp in a gallon-sized plastic bag. Pour marinade on top of shrimp.

Seal the bag and shake gently to coat. Refrigerate for three hours before cooking.

DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a medium pot, boil two cups of water, add pasta and cook until al dente. On an oven sheet, arrange shrimp and roast in oven until fully cooked, about five to six minutes. In a sauté pan, cook garlic and tomatoes in olive oil. Then add white wine, garlic and lemon and crush the tomatoes. Once the garlic sauce comes to a boil, add butter and season with kosher salt and white pepper. Reduce sauce and add pasta to allow it to absorb some of the flavor from the sauce, about 15 minutes.

Remove lemon wedge from pasta mixture and add spinach and herb mix then toss to combine. Place the pasta mixture on a plate and rub the tops of the shrimp in the leftover marinade. Shingle them on top of pasta with the tails facing down. Garnish the dish with crumbled goat cheese.
