US Army veteran Zeb Pearce, owner and operateor of Home Envisions, LLC, started his construction career circa 2004. Learning the ins and outs of the trades he progressed rapidly and became determined to start his own business. In 2008, Home Envisions LLC became licensed, bonded and insured and the company quickly became known for their pristine work and attention to detail in all aspects of commercial improvement projects.

I would like to personally recommend Zebulon Pearce and his team and Home Envisions as a highly innovative and capable team who have solved some of the most difficult problems in the Concrete and Paver industry for the southwest region. Zebulon personally reached out to me as a resource to help him solve a very stubborn problem of failed or severely weathered coatings that have been applied to pavers.

He was given the task to solve the notorious problem of failed coatings applied to pavers. Already having lots of experience in how to properly apply sealer to pavers, his years of experience working with concrete and pavers have helped him develop rigid procedures that prevent failures when applying coatings. The Arizona sun is known for damaging sealant that is improperly applied faster than any other region where pavers are sealed.

The experience Zebulon and his team have led him to persue exactly the right products and appplication process to solve the difficult problem of fully removing failed or worn sealant from pavers, restoring their beauty as well as reducing liability risks that come with years of negletc and additional coatings were applied on top of one another because it has proven such a difficult task to completely remove the layers of coatings that have built up in many cases.

Zebulon reached out to me to tap my 30 plus years of expertise in acrylates, polycarbonates and special coatings development. I was able to apply my knowledge combined with his to find the right balance of what products to use, along with his ability to develop the rigid application and removal processes needed to tackle very large jobs effectively and efficiently.

I was able to identify a CMP approach as the best method. This requires chemical, mechanical and procedural processes to quickly break up many layers of old sealant in a fast and environmentally safe way. From that success Zebulon and Home Envisions have been able to improve and perfect the complete process and have now hundreds of thousands of square feet of experience specifically focused on properly removing old and damaged sealant, preparing the surface and even resealing the entire area, even when everything is not in the same condition.
