Meet Barbara Graham Barbara Graham, a native of New York, moved to Scottsdale and into Gainey Ranch in 1987 back when Gainey Ranch was in its infancy. Barbara knew it was only obvious that Gainey Ranch would develop into a most sought-after community as it continued to grow. Barbara has over 45 years of experience as a real estate broker, as she owned her own real estate company in Michigan before deciding she was tired of the cold and ready for the sun in Arizona.

As a long-term resident of Gainey Ranch, Barbara started her Arizona real estate career selling homes in The Greens. During this opportune time, there were 21 homes available, all in various stages of completion.
