Prices in our area have been on a steady decline since the beginning of the summer, as you can see the we have had a steady climb up since February 2011, but recent economic news, along with a very volatile stock market has created quite a drop off in prices recently. Look closely at the chart and you will notice we always peak and have a run-up in late January through February every year.
