As we start 2012, prices should remain flat and perhaps see a slight up-tick, the worst seems to be behind us. My average time on the market in the Orange Tree & Equestrian Manor area for 2011 is less than 30 days. Equestrian Manor had 3 sales in 2011 at an average square foot price of $213. One year ago in 2010 there were also 3 sales at an average square foot price of $224.
