Wow! The Echo Canyon real estate market went from zero to sixty in just four weeks. That means we had no housing inventory at the beginning of the year to five homes currently on the market. What I like about Echo Canyon’s present inventory is how all the homes are so diverse in size and architecture that they’re not competing for the same buyers. Speaking of new neighbors, everyone should meet the Toweys in block 7. They are so friendly. I want to pass along a quote Dayle Terbush, another new Echo Canyon homeowner and neighbor, shared at a recent party. “Echo Canyon is akin to a slice of Sedona, right in the heart of Phoenix.” That is so true when you see the red rocks of Camelback.
