Fun Facts About DC Ranch ➤ DC Ranch was actually a working cattle ranch. When sales began in 1997, Silverleaf was occupied by cattle. ➤ Originally, DC Ranch was over 8,300 acres. The original plan called for houses being built all the way through Windgate Pass. ➤ There was a natural spring that ran from the top of Windgate Pass down into DC Ranch. Metal piping can still be seen on the trail system. ➤ We started laying out the lots throughout Silverleaf on horseback.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE Presently there are 56 Custom Homes under construction.

DC Ranch | Silverleaf | 20 Years Later Knowing that we are soon going to be celebrating the 20th anniversary of DC Ranch, I have taken the time to reflect on my participation, my involvement and the great joy I have had being a resident. My experiences comes from a perspective that no other resident, Realtor or member of the development team can boast.

I had the great opportunity of putting the first sales team together to sell the custom homesites starting in 1997.

As the Managing Broker on site, my team sold every homesite in DC Ranch to the residents. I am member #10 of the Country Club at DC Ranch. Sat on the board of HeartStrings for many years and helped lead that philanthropic organization to contribute greatly back to needy smaller charities. Was involved in the original Mission Statement Team for the residents. I have owned 10 homes in DC Ranch over the years and lived in 8 of them.
