Patrons can purchase wine by the glass, bottle, or case, and enjoy omelets, and crêpes made to order as well as Vincent’s grilled panini sandwiches. In addition, the market features grilled items like chicken and potatoes, thin crust pizzas, and the popular seafood and meat paella prepared in huge paella pans. It’s also a terrific place to find gifts both local and imported directly from the south of France, while enjoying live music and meeting new people!

The market is held in the parking lot at 3930 E. Camelback Road in Phoenix every Saturday from late October to early May, from 9 am to 1 pm.

Not only is coloring thought to be a fun activity to do with one’s family, but it’s thought to have health benefits, offering stressreduction and meditation opportunities to those who perhaps don’t often take time to simply clear their mind and focus on something purely artistic.

INGREDIENTS

INGREDIENTS

6-8 2c 1 gal ½ gal ½ c

Lobster bodies Brandy Whole milk Heavy cream Blended oil

DIRECTIONS Heat oil in heavy bottom stock pot. Add lobster bodies and cook until bright red. A nice fond should develop on the bottom of the pan, once it does deglaze it with Brandy.

Make sure brandy is added off of the heat to avoid it from catching on fire. Reduce brandy to au sec. Add in dairy and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow it to steep for 45 minutes. While milk is steeping, proceed to butternut squash.

6-8 Butternut squash,

peeled and seeded 2 c Brandy 3 Shallots, sliced thin ½ tbsp Ground nutmeg 2 tbsp Blended oil Salt and pepper to taste Lobster milk DIRECTIONS Cut peeled and seeded squash into large dice. Heat a heavy bottom sauce pot and add oil. Add shallots and sweat. Once soft, add in squash, and season.
