The Buenavante inventory is below market averages and we are starting to see some of the properties sell much faster due to the lack of inventory. As we start 2012, prices should remain flat and perhaps see a slight up-tick, the worst seems to be behind us. In 2011 Buenavante had 13 sales at an average square foot of $143, however my average sale price in Buenavante was over $180 a square foot, the homes I list are bucking the trend, my average price is going up not down! If we look back one year Buenavante had 16 sales in 2010 at an average square foot price of $145 which shows us the market remained flat for Buenavante in 2011.
