While the number of home sales for January had dropped from the levels seen in late 2009, many in the industry refer to it as the expected “January Hangover” from the holidays. However, median home prices are stabilizing. According to The Cromford Report, a local real estate research firm, if pricing stays at its current level or better, the annual appreciation will turn positive in early 2010. That’s great news!
