Medium Diced Cucumbers

2 tbs

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 cups

Medium Diced Tomatoes

2 tbs

Premium Vegetable Base

1 cup

Medium Diced Red Onion

1 tbs & 1 tsp

Agave Nectar

1/2 cup

White Wine Vinegar

1 tsp

Finely Chopped Garlic

2 tbs

Balsamic Vinegar

1 bag

Spring Salad Mix

DIRECTIONS In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions. Toss to blend.

In a small bowl add white wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Vegetable Base, agave nectar and garlic. Stir with a wire whip to mix. Pour dressing over cucumber mix and toss to coat and add on top of bagged salad.

Cover and chill 1 hour before serving. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Without a doubt, we are seeing a very abrupt and notable shift in the Phoenix Metro real estate market.

The year started off with a strong continuation of the previous year’s seller’s market. However, in just the past month and a half, things have taken a swift turn.

The sense of buyer urgency appears to be decreasing, homes are sitting on the market longer, and listing price reductions are becoming increasingly common.

Though the factors that impact the market are vast, there are some very apparent contributors to what feels like an overnight shift. As The Cromford Report mentions, “Further increases in mortgage rates are kicking a big hole in demand while supply continues to grow extremely fast”. The combination of these two forces has evidently impacted the market greatly.
