COLLECTE ET RETRAITEMENT DE PS AUX PAYS-BAS

De tuinbouwsector is gebaat bij een gezond milieu. Alles wat groeit en bloeit heeft onze aandacht nodig. De medeverantwoordelijkheid voor het milieu staat dan ook hoog op onze prioriteitenlijst. Onderdeel daarvan is het inzamelen en recyclen van de door Desch Plantpak geleverde PS trays bij haar vaste klanten. De Normpack® trays worden door de veilingen separaat ingezameld en herverwerkt tot PS grondstof.

Der Gartenbausektor ist auf eine gesunde Umwelt bedacht. Alles, was wächst und gedeiht, bedarf unserer Aufmerksamkeit. Die Mitverantwortung für die Umwelt steht somit auch auf unserer Prioritätenliste ganz oben. Teil dieser Mitverantwortung ist die Rücknahme und das Recyceln der von Desch Plantpak an den festen Kundenstamm gelieferten PS-Trays. Die Normpack®-Trays wiederum werden bei den Auktionen separat gesammelt, um erneut zu PS-Rohstoff recycelt zu werden.

The horticultural sector can only benefit from a healthy environment, so we have to pay attention to everything that grows and flowers. Our shared responsibility for a better environment is therefore high on our list of priorities. One area where we are helping is collecting and recycling the PS trays supplied by Desch Plantpak to its regular customers. Normpack® trays are collected separately by the auctions, and reprocessed into PS raw material.

La salud medioambiental beneficia al sector hortícola. Todo lo que crece y florece necesita nuestra atención. La corresponsabilidad en el cuidado del medioambiente es una de nuestras prioridades. Como parte de ello Desch Plantpak recoge y recicla las bandejas de poliestireno entregadas a sus clientes fijos. Las bandejas Normpack® se recogen por separado en las lonjas para su reciclaje en materia prima de poliestireno.

Raccolta e ritrattamento di PS nei Paesi Bassi Il settore dell’orticoltura trae vantaggi da un ambiente sano. Tutto ciò che cresce e fiorisce merita la nostra attenzione. La corresponsabilità ambientale è quindi in cima alla nostra lista di priorità. Ciò include anche la raccolta da parte di Desch Plantpak dei vassoi in PS presso i suoi clienti abituali e il successivo riciclaggio. Tramite le aste procediamo alla raccolta separata dei vassoi Normpack®, che vengono poi nuovamente lavorati e trasformati in PS grezzo.

Na het inzamelen van de vervuilde trays vinden bij Desch Plantpak de volgende stappen plaats: 1) Scheiden / wassen / drogen. 2) Regranuleren / malen. 3) Herverwerken / folie extrusie. 4) Thermovormen van nieuwe producten.

Used trays are collected by Desch Plantpak, and then subjected to the following steps: 1) Separation/washing/drying. 2) Regranulation/grinding. 3) Reprocessing/foil extrusion. 4) Thermoforming of new products.

De containers hebben horizontale bodemgaten en verticale zijgaten. Die “niedrige” LBCZ Containerserie mit Volumen von 2 bis hin zu 25 Litern (10 Modelle) wurde vor allem für Pflanzen mit einem breiten Wurzelsystem entworfen. Die Container sind mit horizontalen Bodenlöchern und vertikalen Seitenschlitzen versehen. Nos conteneurs “bas” LBCZ, d’une capacité de 2 à 25 litres (10 modèles), a été principalement développée pour les plantes à système d’enracinement étalé. Les conteneurs ont tous des trous horizontaux à la base et des fentes verticales sur les côtés. The “low” LBCZ container series, with capacities between 2 till 25 litres (10 models) has mainly been developed for plants with a spreading rooting system. The containers all have horizontal base holes and vertical side slits. De tray is voorzien van een eb/vloed bodem en is hierdoor te gebruiken bij verschillende watergeefsystemen.
