On behalf of Greater Louisville Inc., the Metro Chamber of Commerce, welcome to Louisville!

We are thrilled to have you join us for one of the most exciting times of the year. The Kentucky Derby has become so much more than a two-minute horse race for our city. It encapsulates our unique culture by bringing together the best of the arts, music, food, and entertainment industries. If you have been to Louisville before, you know these things are not exclusive to Derby. Greater Louisville has exciting events and attractions all year long.

As the chamber of commerce for the 15-county region, Greater Louisville Inc. is focused on accelerating economic growth. One of the key ways we accomplish this is by helping diverse businesses scale through our Power to Prosper Minority business accelerator. That is in addition to helping businesses create inclusive workplaces by offering diversity training and convening CEO roundtables for powerful discussions like the one you will experience during the summit.

We recognize that a strong economy is an inclusive economy. The work GLI board member Tawana Bain does to amplify the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion by hosting Derby Diversity week and by living out these values throughout the year is unmatched in caliber. There is still much to be done in the months and years ahead, but we are hopeful that by collaborating with one another we will drive positive change in a way never before seen.
