Derby Street Pastors is a united initiative by local churches to address urban challenges by engaging with individuals out enjoying Friday and Saturday nights. Their mission is to care, listen, and provide meaningful conversation to those they encounter.
This dedicated team is a collaborative effort between local churches, Derbyshire Police, Derby City Council, Derby City Centre Management, Derby Pubwatch, Community Safety Partnership, and The Ascension Trust. Street Pastors receive 50 hours of comprehensive training in areas such as first aid, youth culture, communication skills, drugs and alcohol awareness, and mental health. This training equips them to ensure the safety and well-being of you and your group during your night out in the Cathedral Quarter.

With the generous support of over 100 backers, this space is set to become a hub of creativity and nourishment.
