KEYNSHAM TOWN COUNCIL TINSEL TRAIL PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Tinsel Trail Prize Draw that will be held at the Winter Festival on Saturday 29th November 2025 and is run by Keynsham Town Council.
1. The Tinsel Trail Prize Draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over, but not employees or their family members of Keynsham Town Council.
2. Entrants to the Tinsel Trail Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. A copy of the Terms and Conditions will be on the Keynsham Town Council website www.keynsham-tc.gov.uk
3. To enter the Tinsel Trail Prize Draw you must complete the Tinsel Trail Quiz Card, which can be obtained from the front entrance of Keynsham Methodist Church collectable from 12pm on 29th November 2025 onwards, and completed Quiz Cards can be put in the box at Keynsham Leisure Centre at any time before 6pm on 29th November 2025 No entries will be allowed to enter the prize draw after 6pm.
4. The Tinsel Trail Prize Draw is free to enter with no purchase necessary for anyone who is aged 18 or over. Only one entry per person is allowed and entries on behalf of another person or joint entries are not allowed There are a maximum number of 1000 Quiz Cards available on a first come first served basis.
5. The prize is a new HP 255 G10 Laptop,15.6 Inch Full HD 1080p Screen, AMD Ryzen 37330U, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, AMD Radeon, Windows 11 Home; supplied by Smart Computers of 37, High Street, Bristol BS31 1DS The prize is non-exchangeable, nontransferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
6. The winner of the prize is the first correct Quiz Card answer chosen at random on 1st December 2025 by Smart Computers.
7. The winner will be notified by a telephone call, or an email address provided by them on the Quiz Card as the means of contact. The prize can be collected from Smart Computers in the High Street, Keynsham during their opening hours and you will need to bring proof of ID when collecting the prize. If the prize has not been collected or is refused within one month of being notified that you are the winner, then Keynsham Town Council will deem the prize forfeit and award it to the second correct drawn-out at random Quiz Card entrant.
8. Keynsham Town Council will process securely any personal information supplied on the Quiz Card in accordance with its Confidentiality and Data Protection Policy, a copy of which is available on its website. The name of the winner can be obtained after 1st December 2025 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Keynsham Town Council, 15-17 Temple Street, Keynsham, Bristol BS31 1HF.
9. Keynsham Town Council accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss (direct or consequential) liabilities, injuries that can be excluded by law for the prize or its use.
10. This Prize Draw is subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
