Join us to celebrate the history of Lincoln Hills - highlighting recreation and joy for the African American community in Colorado.
The celebration includes early access to Lincoln Hills: Mountain Sanctuary , an exhibition update that enriches our storytelling of the Black West. Additions to the exhibition include early 20th Century recreational gear, photographs, and newly collected oral histories completed through a Museum of Memory project. The exhibition also features the central social hub of Lincoln Hills, Wink's Lodge, and celebrates its designation as a National Historic Landmark in 2023.
Hear the stories, see old friends, visit the exhibition updates before the public and enjoy light refreshments. Admission to this event is free, but your RSVP is requested.
