AZtec A to Z synchronized with Dentatus classic posts. For passive fit and retention. Exclusive AZtec features: The design is made especially for narrow, thin teeth, such as lower incisors and narrow premolars. Its flat retentive T-form head is easily adjustable to needed angles with space for wrap-around retention of resin cores. Aztec has a slim taper shape with a spiral thread midsection for passive insertion, secure retention and retrievability. AZTEC ANCHOR POST SYSTEM New titanium AZtec anchor posts are based on the Dentatus Classic / Surtex posts but with a patented smooth end. They have an extremely thin T-form extention head, which easily can be bent to accommodate anatomical needs. Ideal for narrow roots and well suited for wrap-around composite cores.

The Titanium AZtec flat T-Form extension can be bent and made to fit the smallest spaces for strong esthetic wrap-around core foundations.
1. The canal is explored with a small instrument, leaving a 4-5mm apical sealed end. 2. A selected Dentatus reamer size is used to widen the canal to intended depth. 3. The Probos II can be used to create shallow bucco-lingual indents for additional retention. 4. The AZtec textured Titanium anchor matching the reamer size is tested and may be angled to the desired position for the core and crown. 5. The AZtec Titanium Anchor is luted in place with a resin material for a built-up core for cemented crowns.
