The King and Queen for the annual Saranac Lake Winter Carnival will be crowned during Coronation at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 4, followed by a reception at the B.P.O. Elks Lodge No. 1508. The Coronation, which is preceded by the 12th annual Past Royalty mixer and dinner on Thursday, Feb. 3, kicks off 10 days of fun, games, events, a parade and three spectacular fireworks displays (including the torchlight skiing event at Mount Pisgah).
