TICONDEROGA — Shortly after the preliminary results were announced, someone remarked to Joseph Giordano, “You really should write a book about this.” Giordano, 38, who had been volunteering and serving with several different organizations two months ago, will now be the chief executive for the Town of Ticonderoga after defeating incumbent Bill Grinnell in a write-in campaign. In the victory, Giordano became the youngest elected supervisor since Moriah’s Tom Scozzafava, who was 28 when first elected in 1985.
