Will Randy Douglas run for New York State Assembly? Douglas, the Jay supervisor, said during the March 19 slate of Essex County committee meetings that he was still undecided about a potential run for the 113th Assembly District, currently held by former Willsboro Supervisor Teresa Sayward.
