Mike Settevendemio was one of two audience members who complained about the issue at the meeting, saying his basement flooded in April. “I thought it was on account of my sewer lines, so I hired a plumber to come over with an electric snake to clean it out,” Settevendemio said. But the flooding was found to be the result of the town sewer line, accor ding to Settevendemio. The town reimbursed him with $106 for the cost of the plumber’s work. Settevendemio had 4.5 inches of water and sewage
