PLATTSBURGH — Adore Kurtz is retiring after more than 15 years as President of the Development Corporation. During that time, she worked with The Development Corporation’s board to position the organization as the leading economic development entity in Clinton County. She retires effective Jan. 17. “It’s time,” Kurtz said. “It has been a privilege to serve this organization and the community - a great capstone to a long and fulfilling career.” Kurtz has worked for The Development Corporation since 1995 and has served as pr esident and CEO since 1996. She also served as Executive Director of the Clinton County Industrial Development Agency and the Town of Champlain Industrial Development Agency, as well as
