MOOERS — The Town of Mooers Republican Committee has officially named its candidate for this November ’s race for town supervisor. As first r eported in last week’s edition of the North Countryman, Justin A. Sample, was r ecently endorsed by the GOP, beating out Republican incumbent supervisor Rudolph H. Miller Jr. This week, Sample spoke about his endorsement by the Republican party, thanking those who supported him at the committee’s caucus July 13 in what he believes to be “one of the largest turnouts in the town of Mooers” for a caucus. “I’m looking forwar d to the challenge,” Sample said of r unning for town supervisor.
