PERU — Soon, a new face will grace the Peru Board of Education. President Brian Post is stepping down and leaving the board. “I’ve enjoyed the experience,” he said. “But it’s time for someone else to serve.” Post joined the board in 2011 as a member and moved up the roster to vice president in 2013 and president a year later. “It fell in my lap,” he said. Throughout five years of serving, Post said the board has strived, and succeeded, in getting Peru into a good spot.
