During Silver Bay Association’s ‘Community Day’ celebration Saturday, which included observing the 100th anniversary of the construction of their auditorium, the YMCA camp and resort welcomed 31 families from area communities. At the event, Silver Bay also hosted well over 80 people from families associated with present or former patients of the C.R. Wood Cancer Center of Glens Falls Hospital. The Community Day included a barbecue on the lawn and a performance by the Ticonderoga Community Band.
