General keynotes: all wood flooring and unused doors to be salvaged. All crown, base and trim molding to be salvaged for reuse.
1) East facing exterior door and molding to be removed & preserved for attic stock. To be replaced with new exterior masonry and interior wall to match existing, Verify in field.
2) Preserve column and associated trim for relocation & reuse. Remove 2’-6” of wall and trim.
3) Preserve window transom for reuse in interior.
4) Sink plumbing to remain, sink to be removed and replaced with new.
5) Bathtub to be removed and repainted electrostatically for reuse in newly constructed bathroom, V.I.F.
6) Preserve W/D appliances for reuse and relocation in new mud room.
Performance Specifications
▪ The vision for the design recognizes the traditional character of the home and provides for the modern functions of today’s family.
▪ The floor and doors will be preserved and refinished with a no VOC stain maintaining the patina of the original woodwork.
▪ Mosaic tiles at the entries have been recreated using clay tiles similar in color, shape, and design as installed in 1880.
▪ The focal point of the living room is the fireplace and new custom bookcase. The design incorporates glazed tile and a Ramayna wallcovering.

General note: all hardwood floors to be sanded and restained with pickled oak stain with matte finish.

▪ Separating the living, dining room and kitchen are repurposed antique transoms defining the entry between the spaces. An existing column was preserved and a second was recreated to bolster the transom.

Response: MUS offers Made to Measure wear for women and non-gender specific suiting, casual chic, evening wear, and accessories. The goal of MUS is to provide the client with goods that are specific to the client, provide the opportunity for designers to develop their brand, minimize waste, and provide community outreach.
The linear orientation of the plan allows a generous the opportunity to focus on the experience of the brand.
