Move Your LIFE
Just as the seasons change, so do you! Movement is the base of change. To move you must be willing to depart from anything that is contrary to your projected destination. Likewise, being willing to implement daily habits that domino permanent change.

For example: If you desire to become more organized in your home, setting your purse and/or keys in one designated place will prompt memory recall, allow you to experience less stress when preparing to leave home, and initiate maintaining order in your space.
To have healthy movement you must accept a transformational mindset: old things must be left in old places and your new place cannot be offset. Life transitions often cause us to move whether it’s a physical location, mindset or gaining depth in character. No matter what you’re transitioning out of or into… MOVE!

MOVEMENT SAVED MY LIFE
Carshina Washington
It wasn't the weight I needed to lose, it was the weight of carrying others!
One it dawned on me: “Carshina, you can’t save anybody!” I had finally found out how the weight piled in the first place.
Enduring trauma and stress after the birth of my son, made me realize I needed to find a way to lose weight and dance became my outlet. You wouldn't believe the weight came off that easily. Just dancing, drinking lots of water, and walking.
The physiological endurance needed for this journey was already within me. Believing that I could be disciplined in setting and achieving this goal. Movement enhanced my life! I am the business owner of Divine Purpose Fine Arts Center. One of our top programs is dance. Dancers come from citywide to participate in our classes. We have been in business for two years. There were ups and downs to learning to balance running a business and my weight loss journey. I endured it all and am now 100 pounds lighter physically and mentally. To this day I still enjoy teaching dance and hosting many events at Divine Purpose Fine Arts Center.
