Installation Instructions: Under Motor Mount for Rear-Mount Oil Cooler
NOTE: These installation instructions should be strictly observed
Mounting
The ULRM oil cooler permits both suspended (vertical) and foot (horizontal) mounting. To prevent personal injury, always secure cooler properly. Parker Hannifin Corporation shall not be liable under any circumstance for damage or injury due to improper mounting.
Instructions
Slide housing mount blocks (B) into mounting feet (A) and attach to housing using provided bolts/washers(C,D,E), making sure to maintain the proper spacing between the feet(see Chart A). Torque bolts to SAE standard, maintaining perpendicularity between feet and housing. Slide motor mount blocks (F) into mounting feet (A) and attach motor loosely using provided bolts/washers(G,H,J). Slide motor and housing together, then torque bolts to SAE standard. Secure mounting feet (hardware not provided) to equipment using 2 extra holes.
Motor Vibration Dampening Bars (Isolators)
Motor vibration dampeners can be used between the Motor and the Mounting Feet (A), which will change the foot spacing . Additionally, it will be necessary to utilize spacers (not provided) to raise the housing to the same height.
