Manual PTFE Sampling Valve MV-8 Series

Product Overview:

The MV-8 Series is designed for semiconductor, ultra-pure water and aggressive chemical applications.

The MV-8 Series utilizes a machined PTFE body for superior chemical resistance. The design has a modified PTFE diaphragm for excellent flexibility and life.

The valve incorporates a full flow through port with a low dead volume down leg. The purge port option makes this the valve of choice for valve manifold boxes and distribution systems.

Product Features:

• The precision machined diaphragm made from modified PTFE provides over five times the flexural life as compared to conventional PTFE. This also provides a higher cycle life resulting in less downtime and lower replacement costs.

• Full flow through port reduces the pressure accross the valve.

• Purge port option allows system maintenance downstream of valve without disrupting main flow.
