Our goal is to empower and inspire the next generation by diminishing inequality barriers and providing invaluable opportunities to develop transferable skills to achieve their career aspirations regardless of industry. Workstream Disability
Workstream Mission
Our aim is to embrace and celebrate disabilities; looking to promote the rights and well-being of those living with a disability.
► Through our many different events and awareness campaigns we aim to highlight the key issues surrounding disability discrimination and recognising the importance of removing barriers for all people living with disabilities, both visible and hidden.
► We provide information on key disability dates allowing us to understand and learn about the different types of disabilities present and we provide information about how Delta Capita can support those who either have a disability or know of someone with a disability.
How you can help
► By pioneering DEI training, providing educational material to all staff via the Noticeboard and organising interactive yet enlightening events such as the sign language workshop that everyone can get involved with ► Commitment required: in line with new guidelines that will be published in the next quarter, we suggest everyone contributes to at least one initiative per year, and join regular meetings to determine actions and initiatives, encouraging contribution outside of client demands to deliver on articles or events, similar to the contribution required across all DEI initiatives

The first in this series was Disability Awareness in the Workplace, providing insight into various visible and invisible disabilities, the laws surrounding disability in the workplace and allyship advice with an aim to together collaborate for better outcomes

Our mission is to promote not only gender equality, but gender equity across Delta Capita. We do this by creating an inclusive environment for all genders in the workplace. Talk to a stream lead – We are always seeking to promote a sustainable working environment. If there’s something you feel we could do better, suggest it to a stream lead
Opportunities Matrix – We have a live spreadsheet that shows what we need volunteers to help with. Tasks can take as little as 1 hour of your time
Support your sustainability / regional champion – We have 11 offices globally – help to champion yours and support our efforts
Create content – Write a blog on a sustainability topic you’re interested in or passionate about, or relevant to financial services

► The CAMS designation is the global gold standard in AML certifications, with more than 40,000 CAMS graduates worldwide.
► Our CAMS designated professionals have a better understanding of financial crime detection & prevention techniques, protecting our client’s institution from money laundering threats & minimizing financial crime risks.
► All CAMS designated staff are required to maintain certification through CAMS continuing education ensuring their skills remain sharp and knowledge is current.
► DC ACAMS Committee member produce periodic newsletters on industry topics and info about seminars and conferences.
