Traineeship Outline

Our KYC/AML Traineeship contains the following 4 phases.

Phase 1 – Starter (internal)

4 weeks inhouse training, for more details please refer to Appendix 1.

– Junior to Medior skill level development (internal & external)

After your onboarding period with one of our clients, you will receive 3 hours of training per month for the remaining months of your traineeship. You will also have coaching sessions and social events. In Year 2, you will move to a Medior Analyst level.

Onboarding program within our renowned client’s KYC/ AML Department in one of our managed KYC Teams. The length of this program depends on the client and the nature of the assignment.

Phase 4 – Medior+ (internal & external)

After successfully finishing your traineeship at the end of Year 2, you preferably switch assignment to gain new experiences.
