From the Principal August 2026 Dear Alumni, Parents, and Friends of Delone Catholic High School, As we look back on the achievements, milestones, and quiet victories of this past academic year, we are reminded of the strong foundation built by those who came before us and the vibrant future taking shape in our hallways today. Throughout 2025-26, our students, faculty, staff, and alumni lived out our mission with passion and purpose — growing as spiritual leaders, scholars, athletes, artists, and compassionate servant-leaders. Faith, Excellence, and Community in Action This report is more than a summary of numbers and financial metrics; it is a testament to the lived experience of our faith community. Over the past year, we have witnessed: Ū Spiritual Growth | Our students deepened their relationship with Christ through all-school liturgies, Eucharistic adoration, dynamic retreats, and thousands of hours dedicated to Christian service across our local parishes and regional communities. Ū Academic Rigor | Our academic programs continue to thrive. The Class of 2026 demonstrated exceptional dedication, securing college acceptances, career pathways, and substantial merit scholarships through rigorous coursework, internships, Advanced Placement® opportunities, and dualenrollment offerings. Ū Extracurricular Distinction | From our athletic fields and courts to our music rooms, stage productions, and academic competitions, Squire Nation displayed unwavering discipline, sportsmanship, and talent. The Class of 2026 “It’s fair to say that both our minds and hearts have been stretched in our time at Delone. Maybe our focus was more limited before, but Delone has opened us to new ideas, new people, and new ways of learning, all set to a firm moral background to help us stay on track. Our hearts have been stretched through the service we’ve given to our community, and hopefully, through a deepening of our personal relationships and our spiritual lives. To put it simply, we’ve been pushed outside of our comfort zone. And I think more often than not, it was well worth it.” ~ Timothy Norbert Martz, Valedictorian of the Delone Catholic Class of 2026

90% of the Class of 2026 will attend college or university. 3% will attend a trade school. 2% will join the workforce. 3% will serve in the military. 30% of the Class of 2026 will attend one of Delone Catholic’s 33 partner colleges and universities, having earned guaranteed admission and a merit scholarship.

Colleges, universities, and other organizations have offered the Class of 2026 more than

$6,517,500 in scholarships. 61% of graduates have been offered scholarships. 61% of the Class of 2026 graduated with a GPA of 3.5 or higher. 41% of the Class of 2026 took one or more Advanced Placement® courses. 16% of the Class of 2026 completed an internship during high school. 5% of the Class of 2026 completed a vocational program during high school. 67% of the Class of 2026 were inducted into at least one academic honor society. The Class of 2026 has reported more than 14,143 hours of service to school, church, and community.

The Class of 2026 has brought six plays and two musicals to the stage: Clue, Romeo and Juliet, You Can’t Take it with You, Disney’s Aladdin, Jr., Our Town, Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Oklahoma!, Murder with Tomato Sauce, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The Class of 2026’s athletic achievements include several District III titles and YAIAA division championships. As members of the football, golf, lacrosse, boys’ and girls’ soccer, and girls’ tennis teams, they advanced at least as far into district and state playoff action as any of those teams had in school history. 4

Catholic Identity Delone Catholic enhances the devotion to its charism so that the entire school community is led to Jesus Christ through worship, study, prayer, and love of God and neighbor. Objectives • Assess and eliminate obstacles to students becoming actively engaged. • Establish a Christocentric culture that is integrated throughout all aspects of Delone Catholic life. • Invite faculty and staff to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Academics & Technology Delone Catholic sustains an academically rigorous and faith-centered curriculum that challenges every student to think critically, act ethically, and pursue excellence in all endeavors. Rooted in our Catholic identity and commitment to educating the whole person, we provide diverse educational and career pathways that prepare students for success in college, the trades, and beyond. Through differentiated instruction, hands-on learning, and guidance from dedicated, highly qualified educators, we ensure that each learner discovers their God-given talents and is equipped to lead, serve, and thrive in their chosen vocation. Objectives • Establish a comprehensive curriculum review to ensure that the educational experience meets the needs of current and future students. • Define and design a curricular pathway to the business and trade fields. • Implement a comprehensive technology plan and philosophy encompassing infrastructure, course offerings, and applications in the classroom..

Student Life Delone Catholic is a caring, faith-filled community where students grow in character, confidence, and purpose. We help students discover their God-given gifts, serve others, and build strong values through learning and activities. Our students are prepared to face the world with faith, courage, and integrity. Objectives • Provide modern, safe, and inviting spaces where students can learn, work, and engage at high levels. • Implement and enhance modern structured opportunities for student and family connection (to build relationships with peers, with faculty, staff, and administration, and among families). • Cultivate a vibrant school culture focused on deep connection and a strong sense of pride (foster, create, and adapt).

Advancement Delone Catholic Office of Advancement fully engages our entire community to build authentic relationships and affinity, create a culture of joyful philanthropy, and increase financial resources to ensure the vitality and sustainability of the school for generations to come. Objectives • Cultivate our community through intentional data-driven, segmented, and relationship-focused strategies to increase awareness, participation, and philanthropic support. • Clearly communicate the direct impact of each gift in a timely manner to inspire deeper connection and donor retention. • Develop and implement programs to establish a personal legacy and provide for the long-term sustainability of Delone Catholic by increasing endowment funding. • Establish an organization chart and update job descriptions to clearly outline the responsibilities of each team member and define, track, and review goals for the Office of Advancement.

c High School is a community-driven roadmap designed to ensure the school's long-term sustainability while remaining anchored in its -wide effort involving school board members, alumni, faculty and staff, students, parents, clergy and the business community, the plan —spiritually, academically, physically, socially, and aesthetically.

Enrollment Delone Catholic High School pursues enrollment growth by attracting, enrolling, and retaining a diverse community of students and families who are drawn to our mission of academic excellence, spiritual development, moral integrity, and personal growth. Delone Catholic provides a thriving, faith-filled environment where students are known, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential. The resulting community is one that families aspire to join and remain a part of for generations to come. Objectives • Implement data-driven enrollment and marketing plans to strategically attract, enroll, and retain mission-fit families in alignment with Delone Catholic’s mission, capacity, and long-term sustainability. • Improve financial transparency by clearly articulating the value proposition of Delone Catholic High School and avenues for achieving affordability. • Enhance the perceived and actual quality of facilities to better support the student experience and strengthen the school’s value proposition for prospective families.

Facilities and Technology Delone Catholic strategically invests in modern, safe, and innovative facilities with cutting‑edge technology to support spiritual development and excellence in academics, the arts, and athletics—today and for the future. Objectives • Implement a phased campus improvement plan that modernizes classrooms, as well as learning and common spaces, while enhancing safety, functionality, and pride in the Delone Catholic community. • Upgrade and sustain reliable, secure, and modern technology systems that support effective instruction, collaboration, and future-ready learning. • Renovate and deliver a modern multisport stadium and turf complex that ensures safety, performance, and character development for all student-athletes while supporting the broader community. • Develop modern, dedicated trade and vocational spaces while partnering with community stakeholders that enable hands-on, career-focused learning aligned with workforce needs and student vocation.

Finance Through prudent stewardship and disciplined planning, Delone Catholic sustains a financially resilient school that makes Catholic education accessible while investing confidently in mission, people, and facilities. Objectives • Establish a rolling 5-10 year financial and capital plan aligned to enrollment and mission priorities. • Integrate advancement, enrollment, and finance into one sustainability strategy. • Link staffing levels and financial planning to sustainability enrollment targets..

Governance Delone Catholic school leadership and its Board of Directors ensure that a cohesive structure is in place to fully support the depth and breadth of leadership required to advance the mission, strengthen the Catholic Identity, ensure the long-term financial health, and oversee implementation of the strategic plan. Objectives • Explore the feasibility of a President/Principal model to allow for increased focus on both business operations and academic excellence. • Ensure the Board is more active and visible within the school community and that Board operations are clear and apparent to all.

• Establish a clear and consistent evaluation program for all faculty, administrative staff, and Board members. • Develop a succession plan for the Board members to attract new talent and establish a clearly defined onboarding process.

The Seton Society The Seton Society recognizes individuals who, through planned and estate gifts, have made a significant commitment to Delone Catholic High School. The Society shows Delone Catholic’s eternal gratitude to those whose philanthropic support ensures that future generations will graduate as “Doers of the Word”. As the founder of the concept and the Patron Saint of Catholic Schools, Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton holds an important place at Delone Catholic – so much so that she has been chosen as the Patroness of Delone Catholic. All who come through the school’s main entrance pass under a statue depicting the first native-born American Saint, serving as a reminder of her ability to intercede on behalf of the school’s students, faculty, alumni and friends. Since its founding, Delone Catholic has been the beneficiary of great support from countless individuals. Members of The Society create a legacy that extends their generosity into the future with the confidence that the assets they have created during their lifetime will continue to support work they find meaningful. Often, this can be done with little or no current financial impact to the individual while allowing them to have a profound impact on countless lives. The first members of The Society are those whose generous gifts have been realized through bequests and other planned giving vehicles following their passing.
