NDA (SIP) SCHOOL INTEGRATED PROGRAMME NDA-SIP (NDA with School Integrated Program) is 2 year campus classroom program after 0th class. Admission in this program me is strictly through DCG talent hunt admission test only. In this course within one campus students are taught for two years class XI and class XII from CBSE board with NonMedical stream (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, Physical Education subjects) only, during which we prepare them for NDA ( Written, Physical and SSB interviews) and officer entries in Defence entrance exams. Students with good academic performance are also prepared for Olympiads & Engineering (JEE Main & Advance) entrance exams simultaneously. In board exams DCG aim our students to score more than 85% marks in PCM which enables them to appear directly for Technical Entry Scheme (TES ) entry in Defence Forces. In class XI students are taught PCM besides a weekly class dedicated to Personality Development & communication skills. Regular Psychology classes are also conducted to prepare them for SSB interview. In class XII besides PCM students are taught English, General awareness and Science as per syllabus prescribed by UPSC until NDA written exam is concluded. After written exam focus again shifts to Board exam, SSB interview and preparation for JEE (Main & Advance) . Weekly tests are conducted to monitor the academic performance and growth of the student .

Educational Qualifications: (I) For Army Wing :- 12th class appearing and 12th class pass out candidate both can apply for of any stream. (Non medical, Medical, Arts & (ii) For Air Force and Naval Wing 12th class appearing and 12th class pass out with PCM Subjects only can apply for Air Force and Naval wings. Training The selected candidate for the three services viz, Army Navy and Air Force are given preliminary training both academic and physical for a period of 3 years at the National Defence Academy which is an InterService Institution. The training during the first two and half year is common to the cadets of three wing. (b) Group ‘Y’ Trades Duration of the Online test shal be 45 minutes and shall comprise of English as per 10+2 CBSE syllabus and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA). (c) Both Group ‘X&Y’ Trades. Duration of the Online test shall be 85 minutes and shall comprise of English, Physics and Mathematics as


5. Physical Fitness Test (PFT). Names of the shortlisted candidates, who qualify the Online Test, shall be displayed on the CASB Web Portal www.airmenselection.cdac.in and on a stipulated date shall be called at designated Airmen Selection Centre for Physical Fitness Test (PFT) which would consist of 1.6 km run to be completed within 06 minutes 30 seconds. Candidates shall also have to complete 10 Push-ups, 10 Sit-ups and 20 Squats within the stipulated time to qualify in the Physical Fitness Test. 6. Tenure & Training. Enrolment shall be for an initial period of 20 years which may be extended up to the age of 57 years (subject to service conditions). Initially, candidates shall be sent for a Joint Basic Phase Training (JBPT) at Basic Training Institute, Belagavi (Karnataka).On successful completion of JBPT, candidates will be allocated trades and sent for trade related training of specified durations which shall include security training.



INDIAN NAVY (AA / SSR) NAVY AA : As an Artificer, you will undergo the best technical training to hold very responsible positions as a sailor of the Indian Navy. The job specification of an artificer (as per specialization) includes working on steam powered machinery diesel and gas turbines, guided missiles and other automatically controlled weapon, sensors avionic equipment, computers and highly advanced radio and electrical power systems. Navy SSR: As a Sailor, you will become part of a highly technical Organization. You will be required to see in powerful, Aircraft Carriers Frigates, Replenishment Ships and highly technical and fascinating submarines. The work is divided amongst different teams that do different kinds of jobs. It could be operations of various equipment such as Radars, Sonars or Communications or firing of weapons such as Missiles, Guns or Rockets.

Navy AA: Candidate should qualified in 10+2 examination with 60% or more marks in aggregate with Mathematics & Physics and at least one of these subjects; Chemistry/Biology/Computer science from an educational board recognized by Central/State Government. Combined Defence Services (CDS) Combined Defence Services (CDS) exam is a gateway through which young men and women can join any of the three wings of the Indian Defence Services -Indian Army, Indian Air Force or Indian Navy. CDS 2019 exam will be conducted in February and September as per the official calendar released on UPSC website.

Air Force Common admission test (AFCAT) The Indian Air Force recruits eligible candidates to its all three branches i.e. Flying Branch, Technical Branch, and Non-Technical Branch through AFCAT exam. AFCAT exam is held twice in a year i.e. in the month of February and September. Interested candidates who want to touch the sky and would like to join an adventurous career can go for AFCAT to become a part of the Indian Air Force.

IMU CET IMU-CET is conducted by Indian Maritime University for admission to various undergraduate programmes offered by IMU and its affiliated institutes. There were 7 government renowned legacy teaching-cumresearch institutes {KOLKATA, MUMBAI PORT, NAVYI MUMBAI, CHENNAI, COCHIN, and VISAKHAPATNAM}. The University also has 21 Affiliated Institutes in india. IMU CET conducted in may/June for admission in B.Sc , B.Tech AND DNS. IMU-CET conducted twice in may/June & nov/dec for admissions to Diploma in Nautical Science ( DNS) leading to B.Sc. Programme in affiliated Institutes are open only to sponsored candidates i.e. candidates sponsored by Ship Owning or Managing Companies. AGE Criteria: The minimum age limit should be 17 years and maximum age limit should be 25 years.
