Technology is a huge part of the tugboat industry.
Rather than stay irrelevant and complacent, the tugboat industry is constantly keeping up with the latest technology to ensure their employees are safe and working efficiently.
One such example is Seaspan Marine, who has created its own Marine Simulator Facility. Through this simulator, tugmasters are able to learn their craft at a higher level.
Outside of work, BC Ferries is focused on leaving the Earth better than how they found it. Keep reading to learn how the organization teamed up to clean up.
We hope you enjoy this issue of B.C. Tugboat. If you have any story ideas or comments, please feel free to email me at cindy@delcommunications.com. Ü
