TRANSPORTATION FACTS • Delbarton draws students from 10 counties and 90 towns in NJ. For this reason, the Delbarton school day – 8:10 am to 2:41 pm – starts later and ends earlier than most public schools. • Delbarton has early (4:00 pm) and late (6:00 pm) bus runs throughout New Jersey to points north, south, east, and west. • Delbarton also offers convenient shuttles to and from Morristown train station, and direct bus service to and from Newark. • Towns within 2 and 20 miles of the campus are required to provide residents either transportation to Delbarton or an $800 annual subsidy. • For the remaining students, Delbarton arranges at-cost private busing to accommodate those from Bergen, Essex, Hunterdon, Passaic, Somerset, and Union counties.
