The success of these events is an important indicator at a key time. In December, the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary joined with top environmental officials from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Philadelphia, the Delaware River Basin Commission, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to renew their commitment to the National Estuary Program. Working together to advance goals for healthy waters, healthy communities, and healthy habitats includes maintaining and improving access and engaging people.
