Former Texas Southern University President Dr. John Rudley let loose a stream of consciousness on the state of Historically Black Colleges and Universities and the inside story on his departure from TSU.

Friends of Skipper Lee Frazier are mourning the death of the man who brought “a mountain of soul” to Houston. Frazier, a well-known radio personality, entrepreneur, emcee, promoter and manager, died Oct. 14 at age 89.
