Our in-house lifestyle team is made up of incredibly talented individuals that include nutritionists, personal trainers, beauticians, stylists and life coaches.

The team work on providing thoughtful solutions to positively enhance our every day life, helping us steer towards a healthier and happier mind, body and spirit.

Working as one, they combine their expertise with those from other fields within the team to bring uniqueness and consistency to every individual member. They create a harmony that allows us to successfully balance all aspects of our life.

Training for a big event, trying to shed a few extra pounds, or simply wanting to improve general fitness? Our team provides unparalleled nutrition and fitness programmes specifically designed for each individual member, suited to their lifestyle.
